KitBase Expanded: An Integrated Genomic and Phenotypic Resource for 3,268 Fast-Neutron-Irradiated Rice Mutants

This article presents an expanded analysis of 3,268 fast-neutron-induced mutant lines of the rice cultivar Kitaake, cataloging more than 428,000 mutations, together with phenotypic data for over 2,700 lines. The data is available through KitBase, which I built and maintained.
